About Me
I am a CIPD-qualified, skilled, and driven Learning and Development professional with over 18 years of experience. I have a proven track record in managing and delivering Learning & Development initiatives and business projects
My commitment to self-development is demonstrated through completing MBTI and Insights, participation in the Collaborations Company’s Challenge 24 programme, and continuous engagement with emerging learning trends, instructional design techniques, and eLearning development. I am also an active contributor to eLearning forums.
With a strategic focus, I bring extensive experience in learning trends, instructional design, and delivering innovative Learning and Development solutions and technologies.
My career began with developing and delivering instructor-led workshops and courses for the leisure industry. Over the past decade, I transitioned into the digital learning space, initially project managing the shift from traditional learning methods to online learning for an FTSE 250 company. Currently, I continue to shape and lead the online learning culture for the brand, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a blended learning approach is effectively implemented.

What Do I Do
Elearning Development
I design and develop engaging, innovative, and effective educational courses and training lessons using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 and Camtasia.
Video Production
I create engaging and compelling live-action instructional videos for online or classroom use.
Instructional Design
I conceptualise, design, and develop storyboards in Storyline, Word, and PowerPoint, creating engaging, interactive learning blueprints that promote active learning.
Instructor-led Training
I design and develop classroom, virtual classroom, and self-paced training content for instructors and targeted learners. Creating accessible, compelling, and efficient scripts, session plans, workshops and assessments.
Instructional Writing
I design training materials for instructors and learners, including PowerPoint presentations, job aids, SOPs, participant guides, workbooks, user guides, manuals, and other materials for training and distribution.
Project Management
I am proficient in managing business projects of various sizes and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, recently implementing the transition to a new LMS, including migrating over half a million training records.
